Loved the woes of footbinding

All of us enjoyed this book. We brought
ancillary materials galore with books on foot binding. We talked about how some of our alterations to beautify might look as cruel as the lotus foot in a hundred years. Feast of Passages had a bang up discussion. We couldn't
cover it all! 2 of us listened to it on CD and loved our narrators. I recommentd listening to the 9 disc unabridged set. You won't want it to end. Perfect for driving! Vicki
